Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note: This policy only refers to purchases made online. For purchases made in store, please refer to our in-store policy on your receipt.
We understand that purchasing online is harder to gauge your correct fit and we want you to be so happy with your purchase that you never want to take them off your feet!
If you do need to return your item we will happily offer you a refund if the item is returned to the store within 21 days of receiving your order (excluding sale items, please see below for return on sale items).
Please send an email to theshoeboutiqueyamba@gmail.com before returning any items and ensure all packaging is in tact and that the shoes are in an unworn, brand new condition.
If you would like to exchange your item, we will happily do this if the item is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Again, all items must have original packaging, in brand new condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SALE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds on sale items unless the item is proven to be faulty. Exchange/credit note is available on sale items if the item is returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
FAULTY ITEMS
For any faulty items, please send an email to theshoeboutiqueyamba@gmail.com including details of the fault, purchase information and clear photo/s. Alternatively, you can phone the store on 02 6646 3248 or visit us in person. Please contact us as soon as you notice any fault.
