Boyde by Ziera is designed for the lady who is on the go but needs comfort, style and support! 

The Boyde design is in Ziera’s XW fitting which is their extra wide fit. XW allows for a little more room over the instep or at the front part of the sandals, shoes or boots. 
The inner sole is Ziera’s Super Support footbed which is their most supportive footbed. It features a higher arch support, a wider fit at the heel and a deeper fit that ‘cups’ the foot for stability. 

Boyde’s footbed is removable,  so you can swap it for your own personalised orthotics.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping via Australia Post on orders over $150.

If a postage fee is required, we offer a flat rate of $10 for shoes and $15 for boots Australia wide.

Shipping to New Zealand is A$15.

All items will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order (except when your order is received during a weekend or public holiday when they will be sent the next business day).

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note: This policy only refers to purchases made online.  For purchases made in store, please refer to our in-store policy on your receipt.

We understand that purchasing online is harder to gauge your correct fit and we want you to be so happy with your purchase that you never want to take them off your feet!

If you do need to return your item we will happily offer you a refund (minus shipping costs) if the item is returned to the store within 21 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure all packaging is in tact and that the shoes are in an unworn, brand new condition.

If you would like to exchange your item, we will happily do this if the item is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.  Again, all items must have original packaging, in brand new condition.

We do not offer refunds on sale items unless the item is proven to be faulty. Exchange is available on sale items if the item is returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
